April 14, 2019: The weeping triumph

This week, Pastor Hodge focused on two groups of Scripture passages. In his sermon titled "The weeping triumph", we look at Mark chapter 11:1-10, and Luke 19:41-44. It first begins with an ancient prophecy, which is fulfilled in Jesus. What is this prophecy, and why does Jesus weep over Jerusalem? And what does that mean to us today? Listen and find out!

On this Palm Sunday, we also had two songs of special music, and Molly Blobaum's children's sermon. We hope you are blessed by both of these service elements.

March 31, 2019: Glorifying God who does things abundantly (Ephesians 3, part 2)

This week, Pastor Hodge continues with part two in his series on Ephesians 3. His sermon, "Glorifying God who does things abundantly", starts about the power of God. First, we will look at how God can do more than what we can ever imagine, and what two things we can never have enough of. Finally, God does not give us power so we can boast of our achievement. It is for God's glory alone. What does that mean for us today? Listen and find out!

We also had Molly Blobaum do our children's sermon. We hope you are blessed by both of these service elements, which you can listen to by cutting and pasting this link into your browser:

This week, Pastor Hodges sermon was on “Raiders of the lost temple, or no longer strangers and aliens to God”. First the bad news: there are strangers and aliens to God and his family.
