This week, Pastor Hodge expounded on verses in the book of Ephesians, specifically Ephesians 1:3-8. We see in verse 3 that we bless as we have been blessed, if we are in
Christ. God does have a plan for us, one to bring us to himself. And
through Christ we have redemption. Listen how we can challenge ourselves
with these verses, and what we can do to live them out.
We also had Pastor Hodge give the children sermon, and the Seldal‘s did
our special music. We hope you were blessed by both of these service
elements. You can hear them by cutting and pasting these into your browser:

September 16, 2018: Our eternal destiny
This week, Pastor Hodge concludes his series in the book of Zephaniah as
he looks at Judgment Day. There will be three judgments tied into one
final judgment. How are we saved from the wrath of God? Not by works,
but by faith. And on that day, those who believe will have our fortunes
restored. But what about the others who do not believe? Listen and find
out, by cutting and pasting this link into your browser:

September 9, 2018: Coming together for a common cause
This past Sunday was rally Sunday. What is a rally? And the Israelites
have a great rally day, as seen in the book of Joshua 5:13 through 6:20. What can we rally around every day of the year? Listen and find out!
We also had Amy do our children’s sermon. We hope you are blessed by that.

September 2, 2018: God's love for the remnant
This week wraps up Pastor Hodges’ series in the book of Zephaniah. Our
Scripture this week was Zephaniah 3:17-20. In these passages, we see the
Lord is in the midst of his people, even when they were down and
scattered. But he will deal with all people, and the remnant of the
people of God will gather together. How does this apply to us today?
Listen and find out!

August 26, 2018: The gathering and the benefits of the remnant
This week, Pastor Hodge continues in the book of Zephaniah with the
sermon title of “The gathering and benefits of the remnant”. As you
listen, please open your Bibles to the book of Zephaniah, 3:13-16.
There will be a gathering of the remnant on the last day. What would be the benefit that the remnant will experience? What is the response? And what will God reward? Listen and find out!
We also had special music with Micah Fagerstrom and friends, and we also had Molly Blobaum do the children’s sermon. We hope you are blessed by these.

August 19, 2018: From the rebellious to the redeemed
This week, Pastor Hodge continues in his series in the book of
Zephaniah, specifically Zephaniah 3:8-12. The Israelites are told there
is a judgment day coming, God will purify his people’s lips, and God’s
people will worship him. But for those who do not wait on the Lord there
will be wrath and anger. What is our challenge? Listen and find out!
We had Molly Blobaum do a very interesting children’s sermon Sunday morning. Both of these recordings are available here:

August 12, 2018: Warning Jerusalem and Judah of their fall, part 3
We’re sorry you couldn’t make it to our service this morning! Please
join us Wednesday at 7 PM for our Bible study, and then our worship
service at 9:30 AM on Sunday.
This week, Pastor Hodge continues part 3 in his series in Zephaniah.
As he looks at Zephaniah 3:1-7, we see what happened before Judah and Jerusalem fell.
They had become rebellious against God. They had become defiled, or evil. They had become tyrannical, against anything good. They did not draw near to God, nor did they want God. Therefore, their princes were like roaring lions, their judges like wolves, their prophets were reckless and treacherous, and their priests profaned the sanctuary and did violence to the law. Instead of repenting, they remained in their sin. Listen to how that is a challenge for us today.
We also had Amy Taylor do our children’s sermon. We hope you are blessed by that! You can also listen to Pastor Hodge’s sermon here:
